21+ days before event:



- Full refund of deposit and payments. ​



20-14 days before event:



- 50% refund of the total fee



Less than 7 days before event:



- No refund



Rescheduling



Rescheduling fee





  • Clients may reschedule ONE time if requested more than 7 days before the event with NO fee
  • Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a fee


weather





  • If weather prevents a safe setup, customers may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a credit.


No-shows





  • If the customer does not show or cancels at the last minute, no refund or credit is given.

  • If equipment malfunctions and cannot be fixed, a partial refund (prorated) may be offered at the operator's discretion.
